iCharger FAQs

• How are iChargers shipped?

  • Domestic (US) orders are shipped by priority mail through the USPS  on the same day of order  for the flat rate cost of $10.20.  Additional chargers can be included with the same order for no additional shipping charge.

  • International orders are shipped first class international mail for orders weighing 3 pounds or less, which is typically $16.90. Orders heavier than 4 pounds requires shipping by USPS Priority Mail with provides tracking information for $41.28.  Any significant difference in shipping cost will be resolved with the customer prior to shipping.

• What type of balance connectors are used?

  • The iCharger 106B+ and 206B have integrated balance connections for JST-XH type plugs. Optional balance adapter boards are available for all iChargers for use with Thunder Power/FlightPower, JST-XH, PolyQuest, or Kokam type balance adapters and allow for parallel and serial connections for charging multiple batteries at the same time. Purchase of adapted boards includes the wire to connect the adapter board to the iCharger.

• What type of warranty and support is included?
  

  • The iChargers are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase.  All warranty and support is handled here (Seattle, WA) in the US.

RCStyx FAQs

• What transmitters are compatible with RCStyx?

  • RCStyx are available for JR and Spektrum radios which use 4mm threads as well as Futaba, HiTec, Airtonics, E-Sky, and E-Flite radios which use 3mm threads. Please note that the Spektrum DX6i uses 3mm threads unlike all other Spektrum radios, so select "Futaba" type when ordering for this radio.

• How are RCStyx shipped?

  • RCStyx are shipped worldwide by first class mail through the USPS within 24 hours of order.
