PRC EC3 Assembly Punch

AC-EC3P
Unique tool makes it easy to assemble EC3 connectors
94,00 kr

The EC3 is a great connector, but assembling them can be frustrating at best and dangerous at worst. This unique tool solves those problems for good.

Designed from the ground up in house here at ProgressiveRC, our EC3 Assembly Punch makes it a breeze to insert the EC3 bullets into their housing. Once the connector is soldered and ready to be popped into the housing, simply align the semi-circular lip on the end of the connector - the punch will cover over 180° of the bullet's edge, allowing you to apply even pressure safely and easily. Then it's just a matter of giving it a light tap with a hammer, or even pressing it in by hand!

Precisely machined from stainless steel, this tool is ready to put in a lifetime of hard work, and is proudly made in the USA.

Fantastic tools, makes assembling these EC3/5 connections a breeze.

Pretty good punch

It’s a good idea and works well when you are using smaller wires in your EC3 assembly, but with larger guage wires it gets a little crowded, so I find a very small screw driver works better in that instance.
